Native location!

The False water cobra is native to South America. The states of Eastern Bolivia, southern Brazil, Paraguay and the northern part of Argentina are areas where this species can be found.



It is a water loving snake who is an agile swimmer. It also ventures away from water to hunt in low land forested areas. Its coloration aides in its attempts at ambushing mamals who venture a tad to close. It is olive green and black with smooth scales.



Though mostly a teresterial snake it has the ability to climb trees when chasing its prey. The False water cobra is an increadibly strong and fast snake.
